Nous r\u00e9alisons le <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/traitement-parodontal\/\">traitement non chirurgical<\/a> (d\u00e9tartrage sous-gingival, surfa\u00e7age radiculaire) en premi\u00e8re intention, suivi si n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/chirurgie-parodontale\/\">chirurgie parodontale<\/a> d&rsquo;assainissement ou de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chirurgie muco-gingivale<\/strong> \u2014 Nous traitons les r\u00e9cessions gingivales et les d\u00e9fauts de tissu k\u00e9ratinis\u00e9 par des <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/greffe-gencive\/\">greffes gingivales<\/a> et des techniques de chirurgie plastique parodontale. Ces interventions permettent de recouvrir les racines expos\u00e9es, d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;esth\u00e9tique du sourire et de renforcer les tissus autour des dents et des implants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traitement des p\u00e9ri-implantites<\/strong> \u2014 La p\u00e9ri-implantite est une infection des tissus entourant un implant dentaire. Nous r\u00e9alisons le diagnostic, le traitement non chirurgical et, si n\u00e9cessaire, la chirurgie de d\u00e9contamination implantaire afin de pr\u00e9server l&rsquo;implant et l&rsquo;os environnant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance parodontale<\/strong> \u2014 Apr\u00e8s le traitement actif, nous mettons en place un <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/maintenance-parodontale\/\">suivi de maintenance parodontale<\/a> structur\u00e9 et personnalis\u00e9.
