Une s\u00e9dation consciente est disponible sur demande pour les patients souhaitant un confort suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/implant-dentaire-nice\/\">chirurgien<\/a> r\u00e9alise ensuite une petite incision au niveau de la gencive, soul\u00e8ve d\u00e9licatement les tissus et effectue une s\u00e9rie de forages sous irrigation pour pr\u00e9parer le site implantaire. Il visse l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/implant-dentaire\/\">implant<\/a> en place, repositionne la gencive et la referme par deux points de suture. Une radiographie de contr\u00f4le v\u00e9rifie le positionnement.<\/p>\n<p>En secteur post\u00e9rieur, nous pla\u00e7ons une vis de protection au ras de la gencive. En <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/implant-en-secteur-esthetique\/\">secteur ant\u00e9rieur esth\u00e9tique<\/a>, nous posons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une <a href=\"https:\/\/47vh.fr\/implant-prothese-immediate\/\">proth\u00e8se provisoire imm\u00e9diate<\/a> d\u00e8s la fin de l&rsquo;intervention.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;intervention dure environ 15 minutes.
